Artist: Shela Gobertina von Trapp is the granddaughter of Johanna von Trapp—portrayed as “Marta” in The Sound of Music and the second youngest child of Captain Georg von Trapp and Agathe Gobertina Whitehead.
Creative since childhood, Shela composed this simple tree design specifically for our 2025 Pine Tree Winter Collection. Her original Pine Tree I (2025) is a watercolor painted on white watercolor paper.
