Artist: Notburga von Trapp is the daughter of Johanna von Trapp—portrayed as “Marta” in The Sound of Music and the second youngest child of Captain Georg von Trapp and Agathe Gobertina Whitehead.
Notburga has an eye for detail, as a life-long talented artist she work in many mediums including pencil drawing, watercolors, etching, ceramics, and sculpture.
Her original Silent Night (2025) was hand drawn with ink on white paper.

Silent Night History: First performed on Christmas Eve in 1818 at the Nikolauskirche (Old St. Nicholas Church) in Oberndorf bei Salzburg, Austria, Silent Night was written by Joseph Mohr and composed by Franz Xaver Gruber.
