Artist: Johanna von Trapp, portrayed as "Marta" in The Sound of Music, was the second youngest daughter of Captain Georg von Trapp and Agathe Gobertina Whitehead. Johanna was the first soprano for the Trapp Family Singers, as well as a life-long talented artist of many mediums including painting, drawing, and sculpture. Her original "Edelweiss" (1984) is watercolor on black paper.
